Direct 2 Retailers, Inc. ("D2R", "we", "us"), a Wyoming corporation, provides field sales and merchandising services for brands selling into convenience and independent retail, through a network of independent sales representatives. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and the forms on it.
The D2R rep app and brand portal are covered by their own terms and privacy notices, which you will see when you sign in.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Brand inquiries: your name, job title, work email, phone, company, website, product category, retail footprint and any store list you upload
- Rep applications: your name, phone, email, home city and state, business name, experience, territory, store types and the lines you carry
- Case study and contact requests: your name, email, phone, company and your message
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data when you visit, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed and referring site. We use cookies and similar tools to do this. See Cookies and analytics below.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure traffic. It does not use cookies or track you across sites.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. Inquiries and applications that do not lead to a relationship are deleted or anonymized after 24 months.

This site is intended for business users. Some brands we represent sell age-restricted products, and this site is not directed to anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

D2R operates in Canada and the United States. Your information may be stored and processed in either country, and in other countries where our service providers operate.
